Do I need WhatsApp Business or a Meta account?
No. RateWire works with your normal WhatsApp, through WhatsApp Web in Chrome.
Can RateWire send messages from my WhatsApp?
No. It is read-only. It never sends, deletes or marks anything as read.
Does my computer need to stay on?
Yes, the shop computer needs Chrome open with WhatsApp Web. You can then view the board on any phone.
Which chats are read?
Only the chats, groups and channels you tick on the website. Everything else stays untouched.
Can I use it on two computers?
Free accounts work on one computer. Email us if you need more.
What happens after the 7-day trial?
Access pauses and your setup is saved. Subscriptions are coming soon; email us to continue.
How accurate are the rates?
Very good with emoji colours, shortforms and long lists, but always confirm with the dealer before a deal.
Is RateWire made by WhatsApp?
